São Paulo and Japan together for people with disabilities rehabilitation

The Secretary of State for People with Disabilities and Full Professor of the Medicine School of the State University of São Paulo (USP), Dr. Linamara Rizzo Battistella, traveled to Toyoake, province of Aichi, Japan, from March 29th to April 5th.

Her visit aimed the participation in the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding between São Paulo University and the Fujita Health University.

The aim of the agreement is the academic and scientific cooperation and to discuss the applications and the collaborative researches in the robotics areas focused on the rehabilitation of disabled people.

On that occasion, it was also possible to visit the Toyota robots factory, in Japan
